About Flip Side
Flip Side is a classic strategy board game of trapping and flipping. You play the red discs and the computer plays navy. Place a disc so that a line of the computer’s discs sits between your new disc and another red one. Every disc in that line flips over to red! Lines can run across, up and down, or diagonally.
The board fills up fast and discs can change color many times, so the lead swings back and forth right until the end. When neither side can move, the player with more discs wins. The rules take a minute to learn and a lifetime to master. Our computer player loves corners, so watch out!
How to play
- Press Play. You’re red and you go first.
- Tap a square with a dot. Those are the squares where your disc would trap navy discs.
- All the trapped navy discs flip to red. Then the computer takes its turn and flips some back.
- If you can’t move, you pass. When nobody can move, the most discs wins!
